The Nike Dunk Low by CLOT and fragment design, which was first hinted at in late February, will
ultimately be on sale on May 19. The three parties involved in this shoe project—Edison Chen, Hiroshi
Fujiwara, and the Swoosh—further unite East and West than prior initiatives have. The entire top is
made up of panels that resemble silk and are covered in a hazy mixture of logos. The partners stated
that the upper conceals iconography underneath that is consistent with prior CLOT and Nike
collaborations. The majority of the upper half is covered in a silver-like color scheme, with exceptions for
the tongues, collars, and inside lining. In contrast to the rest of the Nike Dunk, the sole components
have a milky, semi-translucent finish underneath the foot. The wardrobe pieces, as well as the heel and
sockliner, all have co-branding.
